INK1003 LED/IC strips - are these new?

Looks like a slight variation on the ws2811/ws2812 series. The timing is somewhat in the tolerances of the ws2811/ws2812 timings, in fact
If someone wants to buy me a strip i’ll be happy to test it/tweak timing entries for it 
– i’m on a gear/lighting/platform buying moratorium for the rest of the year, bank/budget/finances/self-imposted…

Also, it’s bad enough @Mark_Kriegsman and I keep coming up with “Just one more thing” before wrapping up this release (though, I think we really are on the last one that isn’t administrivia, and I think it’ll be appreciated/considered worth it - adding more things to that list? Gah!
