installed the new air tunnel with that impeller…

first thing that comes to me from watching this video is the question “why doesn’t he tighten the idler?” It looks to as if you are not pressing hard enough on the filament. This would cause the problems you describe.
i already tightend the screws to the max in previous runs. but the problem is:
i insert the filament…push it by hand…it goes thru the nozzle, no resistance…i wait a few seconds…push again and it jams… i pull the filament out and there is this bulge at the end.
tightening to the max could be a problem too. Too tight, the filament is no longer round, and will jam. Too loose, and the shit will slip. On your video you don’t seem to apply any force at all to your tightening nut. But you should be able to push it through with your fingers. If that is not the case, your temperature gets too low, or something else is blocking your nozzle, or the filament is melting above the heat-break. As I told you before, get your act together, there is very little room for error when it comes to 3d-printing. Sorry, there is no other way to say it.
Which hot end is this? v5?
Well, that’s your problem!
