Yeah, you need to understand how video signals work and how they update … which he somewhat explains, purely for timing. Breaking out the 16 video signals, each one going to a strip, and you can build something rather large.
I’ve got a bunch of iMX233 OlinuXino’s and my own custom controller derived from it, so I’m going to have to find some time to try this out!
