Is it normal that I have difficulty to install most m3 nuts where it need to be slides into these “pocket”?
All other drop-in nut holes are fine but it’s really hard for all others. The one in the picture is not even possible to do place…

Using soldering iron to heat up the nut should help.
Nuts from different manufacturers will be on different sides of the tolerance band, and may be fro ma different standard than was used for the slot design. So, measure your nuts.
@Dale_Dunn I understand and I thought of it, but the weird thing is that the hex holes in the front bom are almost too large but slotted holes are too tight…

Yes this is normal. It depends on the 3d model used, the slicer used and the printer used. It is very difficult to get everything perfect unless you are creating models yourself with your slicer and printer in mind.
I usually print all parts in a few printers and slicers and they all worked out well. However as you noted about the nose i have also had this problem when printing it on my ZYYX. I´ll have a look and see if i should modify the CAD file.
