Is it possible to add autolevel probe on acrylic and glass bed?
You could use a mechanical probe, that would work without an issue. If you wanted to use an inductive probe you’d need to add aluminum foil to the underside of the bed or sandwiched between the acrylic and glass (assuming I’m correctly guessing how your bed is constructed).

A solution for some sensors is to place a razor-blade under the glass bed where the sensor is probing.
I added aluminium foil under my glass plate. Works like a charm.
Added aluminum tape on the front and back edges of my glass bed so that I wasted little to no build area. And have it set so that those are the probe points
