Is it possible to have Chilipeppr start up not loading the last cut made? I’ve loaded cuts that take a good minute to open (my machine is showing it’s age, I’m not saying they’re thaaat big). I generally only cut them once. But it means every time I open Chilipeppr I have to wait… and wait… for the last cut to open… then wait a bunch more when I load the new cut. If it simply loaded the ‘Chilipeppr logo’ every time, that’d be great.
It may be possible to do a localStorage.removeItem (‘last-imported’) as part of your boot script.
Edit: removeItem not remove
Gave it a shot. Not that I know what I’m doing really, but I did fork a new boot script: I’ve tried pasting that code into different parts of it: It either doesn’t load the workspace at all (just hangs because I probably put it in the wrong section), or doesn’t do anything (last project accessed still loads).
Thanks for the suggestion: Am I just doing it wrong?
AH, removeItem does the trick. Thanks!
