Is someone able to provide these 2 measurements of an titan-aqua and the used connectors? I need to plan for some space for the tubes/connectors on my mounts.
It is proportional to other dimensions . Just calculate it from one what you know. Or if drawing in 1:1 - just measure it by the measuring tape
Is it a pdf? Turn it into a dxf using inkscape, import into CAD, measure!
@Alex_Skoruppa assuming that the connectors are drawn the same as they are in reallife. But who knows?!
That IS just a mounting dimensions drawing, isn’t it?
@Ryan_Carlyle probably… I don’t have a Titan Aqua here yet. Otherwise I would verify it by myself…
If it is a vector pdf, there is cloud convert (pdf to dxf).
Vector Pdfs seem to usually be a bunch of segments instead of polylines or splines. But with pedit in draftsight/autocad… Or convert to spline in solidworks you can make quick work or these sorts of conversations assuming the drawing is to scale.
Looks like about 15 and 30
If your making a 100% accurate 3d model, (which would be loved by everyone on thingiverse and here😉) then you may be able to get the post of mcmsdter carr
I’ll see if I can get @Rory_Yonge to dig that out for you! Don’t forget you can always just ask the guys who made it
Hiya, design engineer behind Titan Aqua here.
- The outside distance between the 2 barbs is 22mm
- The barbs stick out by 14.5mm
@Rory_Yonge @Sanjay_Mortimer Thanks for the feedback
