Is there a simple way to get the current power consumption of my LEDs?

Since I can define setMaxPowerInMilliWatts I suspect there are some kind of calculations in the background that know how much power the LEDs use at a specific moment.

Of cause this will not be 100% accurate.

Try out calculate_unscaled_power_mW, and then you can compare that number to what you’re wanting to use. As you note, it is of course an estimate.
