I can do it with tinker and 3d doodle but have no control over width of font

hebrew is part of unicode https://unicode-table.com/en/#hebrew so not sure what your problem is - i would use oSCAD where you can control everything. https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/OpenSCAD_User_Manual/Text
