Is there any documentation for chilipeppr somewhere? Trying to search for a problem caused by my lack of understanding.
I am using the Font To Gcode widget to test my printer made from cd rom drive positioners. When I render the text I see it replace the default ChiliPeppr logo on the screen but when I play it still prints out the logo. Is this an issue with workspaces?

Does the new gcode appear in the gcode list widget on the left of the screen?
Also before testing is it possible that you sent the CP logo to the board and the code was still in the sjps buffer? Try flushing the buffer to be sure.
Best place for docs is to search YouTube. I’ve posted lots of videos and so have others. I agree with Justin here. Are you sure you didn’t have the logo in your buffer queue already?
I do find the YouTube videos helpful, but sometimes hard to find the thing you are looking for. I should just watch them again.
I tried flushing with $QF and also %, but the new gcode does not appear in the gcode list widget, just the original logo code. I tried dragging and dropping the new code to the workspace and using the button in the widget to send the code. It appears visually on the workspace.
Are you using the right workspace?
Are you getting any errors in the js console?
Try to click the button “send gcode to workspace”. You can also use Inkscape to generate font gcode
I am not getting any errors, and clicking button to send gcode to workspace doesn’t seem to work. I do think this is a problem with my understanding of the different workspaces so I will research that some more. I see my font code image on the screen but the system follows the logo code.
Try copying/pasting the Gcode from the Font widget to the File pulldown menu paste area.
That actually works. Now I just have to figure out why the image is a mirror image.
mirror image was because of an axis being backwards
