Is there anyone out there running a tinyg to drive a smw3d Ox kit with Motech nema 23 steppers im looking for a good setting for my trim pots to get the most torque and not miss steps

no, I find it garbage. Just make a pocket gcode and run it, or do long jogs your whole gantry length.
I have one thing to add for that video if you run a cad cam software that allows for Peck drilling with retract height you can accomplish the Z with one person as long as you have an E-stop handy… I don’t have limit switches on my Ox haven’t figured out a good way to mount a Z upper limit
Alex, I bought hall-effect switches for my limits. Haven’t installed them yet but it’ll allow you to mount a magnet anywhere on your Z and you don’t have to worry about cantilevering a mechanical switch somewhere.
