How do you scale it past the point that the plastic starts to sag?
we designed the entire thing so that it can have a motel core out of 5/16in threaded rod with the corners designed the way they are so you can get a socket wrench in there to tighten up nuts on both ends and put it in all directions. @Michael_Hohensee So yeah we have thought about it a lot, we have one thats close to 3ft tall now.
