It seems the reaction time it not working here.

@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty I tried acrylic tonight. I didn’t hit your issue, but I hit another. When it G1’s against areas that have already dried, it cuts slightly deeper. I couldn’t get a good enough photo that makes the problem obvious. I suspect switching from a single pass to multiple passes may help my case.

I used S0.5, 40 mm/s, 0.2mm line distance.

I tripled my feed and did 3 passes. It’s starting to look like your issue. That makes it really likely it’s either laser reaction time or mirror vibration.
