iterations in biomechanical design for my exo-voice hand units. the new pieces were printed on my huxley using weedwhacker line, 280c. i am enjoying this material alot lately. http://youtu.be/7GHZyTSPCOE
I have been using this weed wacker line as low as 235 C that’s after putting it in the oven for 4 hours at 175 F to get the moisture out of it. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001BKZT1S/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
whenever i use it at less than 260, it delaminates. at 280, it is indestructible; bonds nicely and smoothly. also i found that a 12mm retraction eliminated the stringiness so the prints are as flawless as my machine is capable of. i was surprised to find this colorless line at a local hardware store. i will be using quite a bit of this in the coming weeks.
