I've been using LaserWeb4 for a week now, but just today it stopped working.

I’ve been using LaserWeb4 for a week now, but just today it stopped working.

When I open the app, the preview section is just plain white with no grid. Mouse interactions on it highlight things like in a browser instead of moving the viewport around.

The comms and control panel still works and I can jog the machine, but the command history panel is empty, and the settings page wont open.

Using Ubuntu 16.04.2

I even tried the latest version from github releases and its the same.
LaserWeb.Setup.4.0.733-79-x86_64.AppImage

What can I do to further debug the issue?

It could be related to webgl not being active. You had it working but maybe it got deactivated somehow.? Try this to confirm https://www.shadertoy.com/view/XsBXWt

I’m using the electron bundle version, so its not in my browser. That link works fine in chrome.

In the about many on the left there an option to reset to factory default. Try that please. Mind you will loose every setting so you might be interested in going to settings/tools and save them

I just upgraded my version of Ubuntu to 17.04 and now it works again!

I’m having the same problem with LaserWeb4 on windows 7 pro 32bit. Any ideas? Thanks.
