I’ve got some ideas but wanted ask what is the best way to square up the r7.

Squaring is the easiest part. Screw down the angles one side c-beam onto the table or spoil board, run the machine all the way to the front until it touches both the front plates on the ends of the side c-beams, then screw down the angle on the front of the other side c-beam. Then run the machine to the back, the second side c-beam will naturally go to it’s Happy place spaced from the first c-beam you screwed down. Screw down the last angle there. And you are done.
