I’ve recently been fortunate enough to obtain a BCN3D sigma (upgraded to an R17). To celebrate its arrival (and to test it), I created the following model:

So far very impressed with this machine. If anyone would like to try the model, I would certainly appreciate feedback.

This chap was printed at 130% scale with .3mm layer height. BCN3D got in touch with me and sent me some .8mm nozzles to try - so far I haven’t tried a layer height lower than .3. Think I will try .2 tomorrow!

I have a BCN3D Sigma R17 also and really like it.

@Louise_Driggers Thank you for multi-colour version. Already on Ultimaker 3 (100mm height; cca 82% scale) with 0.1 layers (no cleaning tower). Looking for results…

I really enjoy your models Louise! best of luck with your BCN3D.

I made one, .1mm in bqyellow, I don’t think the photo or printer do the model justice

nice

@Tomas_Vit Schrodinky has a smoothing experience? Can we see some pictures of what she looked like once the Polysher had finished

@Louise_Driggers I had to left laboratory for a couple of days, but I hope to continue later this week. It seems PolySmooth without sanding needs several rounds in Polysher (or longer bath). It’s the 1st attempt.
