Just another rushed project. This one was requested for my parents fifth wheel.
¼mdf v-groove, paint was rolled on after engraving with a fine foam roller. Letters are just the MDF showing through. Finished with some spray lacquer.

Have you tried painting first, then engraving?

@Mike_Hatalski yes I have tried both ways. This one was rushed and I didn’t precut the wood before engraving. So I know I had to route the edges and figured I would just paint later.
