Just finished printing last parts of Wally reprap. Printed at 0.25 layer height and a bit less extrusion so the fine holes survived. There is a tiny hole in top flange and one tuning inside the cylinder on the xy pulleys. Tricky for my printrbot to print.

I really want to try one of these. Can I print it with a standard PrintrBot Simple (100mm cube area)?
@Carlton_Dodd you would need the XL bed. The problem parts for normal printrbot are the 8 arms, 2 bed brackets and 2 big pulleys.
If I get Wally working, I could print you the parts you can’t print yourself.

I grabbed the extruder arm and tested its fit on the 100x100 in Repetier and it was visually as obvious as a giant sleeping on a kids mattress.
@Alan_McNeil Thanks. I think I’ll just wait until I get my RigidBot (soon, I hope!) and print it then. I’m guessing it will be better quality that way, as well.
