Just finished up the frame for my SmartrapCore build, time to decide on a color scheme
Yup got them all, well mostly the rest will be printed tonight on my mix g1 rework.
How well that glue hold up? I’ve found liquid nails or gorilla glue worked best for wood projects
Time will tell, it’s also brad nailed. Fwiw that is Elmer’s wood glue.

My box is on screws, i hope it is square, with glue there is always way to adjust after joining boards.
I think that frame can be off by 1-3mm and it can be re-adjusted with mounts and calibration.
There is definitely some room for error as long as the y rods are square it should be good. I am thinking of adding a cross member on the top to ensure they stay true. It will also provid a nice place to mount my graphical display 
@Jerry_Barr yes I need such bar, got 4mm difference between back and front.
