@igus_Inc That’s what my rep said at the end of last year as well. I think it’s mostly due to the company culture and not being familiar with the maker/DIY crowd or even smaller businesses in general. It’s a quality product and even though at a premium price I think it’s a good value. In the long run it will be better for Igus as there is now a sustainable small end of the market where just a few years ago there wasn’t.
