Just got my Printrbot Simple Metal XY and Z Volume upgrade from Matrix Precision http://www.matrix-precision.com, can’t wait to install it tonight brings my XY to 8x8 and my Z to a whooping 10 inches

I looked at the price and I am not sure it is a good deal. The simple metal plus has 8x8x8 for about that much extra. And that design is more stable too.

The XY upgrade sure looks like a nice plate. It’s nice that we’re getting to a point where there are such nice upgrades available for 3DP machines.

Thanks for posting this. I just ordered my XY upgrade plate. They are out of stock on the Z upgrade but I don’t need that right now. Thanks again.
