Just thought I’d share a pic of my 3d printer, made inside a discarded glass display cabinet, seems to be working pretty well.
I’d like to see more pictures, looks like a nice build. Is it your own design, or what did you customize from?
To be honest Bruce I kind of made it up as it went along, the defining factor was the cabinet in the first place.
Did you reuse any of the (presumably tempered) glass in the printer?
Only as a shelf between the electronics and the moving platform.
That is just pure brilliant. Well done. I believe the term is bricoleur. Enjoy it!
