Just upgraded to GT2 belts on my ecksbot. Big improvement, now prints a cylinder within 0.001"/0.025mm in the X and Y Axis.

I love my Eckerteck bot. It is my go to workhorse. Over 2 years now running fine. I put GT2 belts on my 3DR and Mendel Max but never replaced on Ecksbot.

I had alot of trouble with the T5 belts that came with it. The X and Y were out about 0.1mm no matter how I calibrated it. Once I changed the belts it seemed like a different machine. Overall it’s a pretty reliable printer.
