Yes, this was just a test to see how a 0.8mm nozzle print on thinner layers
For a test print thats very impressive
0.125mm is my favorite layer height.
25% faster than 0.1mm, and hits all the ‘critical’ Z dimensions when printing high tolerance parts.
can you elaborate what you mean by critical z dimension?
Dimensions such as 0.250 mm, 0.5mm, 0.750mm, 1.0mm, etc.
I consider these ‘critical’, since a lot of the mm designed parts I create have dimensions that use those fractions of a mm (and my ‘typical’ part-to-part fit tolerance is 0.125mm)
