Kino App Inventor? I’ve been looking for a feature rich and easy bluetooth to iPhone interface for a couple projects and (among a few others found this). Curious if anyone has seen/used this before - https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/kino-app-inventor/id580553759?mt=8
Just bought it to try (so no hands on experience yet), but in addition to status/trigger capabilities via bluetooth to an Arduino, it looks like it also give full access to the iPhones internal sensors/data (GPS, accell, etc etc). If thats all true…could be interesting.
Please let us know how it works. I have wanted something like this for iPhone for a while.
Will do Erin! Been playing with it since yesterday a little bit, haven’t had a chance to set up a Bluetooth connection to an Arduino yet…but just just creating some local phone apps, but been impressed so far. Only frustration so far is the lack of documentation. They have a number of decent tutorial videos, but there is no audio/voice over with them or other wiki docs so it’s a lot of inference from videos and trial and error.
One of the things (in addition to basic mode switching type interface) that I’m thinking about with this app is for wearables and access to the phones GPS data where LED sequences are triggered by your geolocation.
