@Krissy_Hutson-Poole wanted me to print this fully articulated dragon found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2668213 – so I did! She did most of the post-processing and all of the final assembly. Most parts were printed on the Dagoma Neva at 0.15 mm, but the eyes and claws were printed on a Robo C2 at 0.1 mm layer height.

The materials used were cool white and light blue PLA+, both from eSun.

The details on this are amazing, it must be hard to orientate these pieces correctly while they are printing.

@Peter_Sanchez it wasn’t really so hard to orient the pieces optimally during printing. However, I learned through trial and error that it was better to print the three body pieces separately. Printing them all together would result in layer shifts and parts being ripped off the build platform. (Probably the effector impacting one of the objects.)
