Laser cutters lend themselves nicely to making custom clocks. However, it can be difficult to find the parts you need at a reasonable price, or information on how to build and troubleshoot clocks (especially mechanical ones).

So I decided to start a new Google+ community called Clock Repair Resources. It is a place to get information on how to repair clocks, as well as a source of parts for the hobbiest.

Me too! I will be posting some parts packages for those who wish to build their own clock, as well as posting some different dial designs. I also have a lot of old inventory of parts that I am going to advertise for a fraction of their value ( I really need to clear out some room in my shop).
