I’m based in the US so I needed to source different CV joints. Also looking to use all metal drive train as I’m hoping it will hold up better.
Lastly, I’m new to 3D printing and haven’t played with RC in 20 years, so please don’t use my suggestions as something you should do, just sharing my work. :).

Hey Kevin great list im currently doing the same truggy build and alsobrunning into issues finding parts. The center diff you listed from ebay did it work with the 84mm dogbones? also what type of pinion should i use with it? any help is appreciated 
Hey if you run into printing issues thata where i have a bit more experience. Im graduating mech eng and i have a prusa mk2s which succefully prints with taulman nylon, abs and pla so let me know if you need some stronger parts we could figure something out and get those shipped out to you
@swiftink yes, the 84mm dogbones for the center dif is what I ordered from that eBay store in my doc. There is a drop down which you can select many different sizes, I think I picked the wrong one the first time through.
