Longest print so far. It took half a roll of ABS. It is a gauge mount for a Porsche 944. Designed by Kieth Fenner. He makes machining videos on YouTube.

Wow… Any delamination? I’m always afraid to have long prints with ABS.

@Francis_Lee No delamination. I print in a heated chamber. It stays around 50 deg C.

Any issues with such a long print with ABS

@Ketan_Deshpande_Minn I think the biggest risk is fluctuating chamber temp. I have a separate heating element with it’s own controller. I didn’t open the chamber during the print.

Cool the heated chamber makes sense
