Looks like the cables to complete the electronics of my TravelCNC arrived.

Looks like the cables to complete the electronics of my TravelCNC arrived.
So I can wire it up, mount the electronics board and test all 4 axis tonight.
Need to fetch some bolts and a drill this weekend to permanently mount the CNC into the custom flight case and then install the acoustic foam.

Tests if the lost steps are gone (reason to replace the electronics) will begin next week.
As will tests for 3D printing in addition to milling.
Vector-knife cutting requires some 3d printed parts.

Can’t wait for the workday to be over.
Today is the day to join the electronics with the CNC and integrate everything into it’s flight case.
Then I have a working, usable machine to do the first projects with.

Lost steps should be gone completely now.
Holding force and speed should be improved quite a bit.
It’s now mobile.
3D printing should work with a bit of improvisation in mounting the extruder and some search&replace in the G-Code.
