Looks like the forum is working again. I do like this format though.
Yes, I noticed. They even managed to send me an E-mail two days before they really restored Web site as I was wondering if any of the E-mail addresses were correct. “We are upgrading our Web site… Please try later.” This makes them the only company that I know to shut down its own Web site for days in a roll in order to upgrade. Not even an “Under construction” banner which a teenager can do. So this is not a N. America problem or a great firewall problem.
Looks like the forum is of no use to anyone anymore. Sad situation, I was afraid this was going to happen with all the interruptions and lack of support. I’m still enjoying my Ares though.
I’m playing with Craftware again as they updated Mac version. But the forum is down again. @Michael_Coley do you have your instructions/profile somewhere else?
No, unfortunately not. Sorry for the delayed response, I didn’t notice this post. To be honest, despite Craftware being a very good slicer, I found Cura was the simplest method. With the Craftware produced Gcode, you would need to edit the header section of each file manually. I guess this would be ok if you don’t mind doing this procedure every time. I’ll find and link to my original post.
