Problem:
Everything is hooked up and powered but the heat bed will not heat up and the thermistor is not registering any temp.
What I have done to diagnose:
- Check that proper power is getting to the power in connectors between P2_5 and P2_7.
- Hotend heats up but if bed is plugged in I get a halt state and have to clear so I tried unplugging the hotend and get same halt state.
- Move heatbed power over to P2_7 without Hotend connected, bed heats up fine.
- Unplug heatbed from P2_7 and plug hotend into P2_5, get halt state.
- Thermistor does not register any temp on the 0.24 pin
- Move to 0.23, works fine
- I have checked the Mosfet for P2_7 but not clear if I am checking it correctly. I followed these instructions. //itrepairguide dot com/how-to-test-3three-pins-mosfet-with-multimeter/ for the N-Channel Mosfet. Think mayby it is bad but not sure.
It almost acts like the Heatbed and thermistor are disabled for those pins in the config but they are enabled as far as I can tell.
Here is a copy of my current config.
