Love this project! I’m having trouble with the top deck front. The bottom middle 3 holes don’t line up. I’m not sure why. 
I’m printing the top deck rear now. I’m guessing I will have the same issue.

It is PLA. I’ve been using BuMat PLA since I got my Printrbot Simple Metal.
I added a couple photos. Removing the screws on the bottom for the central diff housing allowed me to put all the screws in on the top deck. Seems very solid! Not bad for 10 days of printing… 
Looks pretty good ha? I have my diff and other parts in the same color, hehe. How did it go with gears?
I haven’t started the gears yet. I figured I would save that for last. I’m waiting for the shocks, bearings, rods and a payday. I still need to order cvd’s, tires, ball joints, and the rest of the electronics.
