Is it sad that I no longer trust reviews done by “reputable companies”.

The whole sponsored content model broke that trust relationship. Now I look to YouTube…

@Camerin_hahn I almost bought this machine, but couldn’t find enough ratings to compare… On their site, there are a lot of posts about issues.

I think @Isaac_Arciaga said he likes his.

It looks good but for the money I would still go do something more tested. For $100 more you can get a tried and true Printrbot plus. This is more asthetically pleasing to me in comparison to some but I really think for the money there are better options.

I purchased a FlashForge Creator Pro for a bit less with free shipping… Smaller build envelope, but had great reviews. I don’t know much about it, but there is one called the Wombot from Australia that is supposed to be a good machine for the price.

@Eclsnowman yes, it’s a an awesome printer for the price. Good value! Now @Brad_Hill has it.

Not too bad for getting this accolade:

@Nathan_Walkner . I have one of the first production units and I’m still impressed with it. You can use Simplify3D or something else if you don’t like their slicer software - It’s not the printer that’s crashing and the buggy print surface that he is complaining about is just standard capton tape.
