Interesting! What is the total weight? Would love to see more detail on how you clamped the hot end and how thick the overall effector is.
The total mass is actually slightly less than the stock end effector (106 g vs 109 g), but its more than the printed PETG end effector I was using previously. The thickest parts are 6.5 mm. Its made from a (roughly) 1/4" thick aluminium plate.
