Made a PLA handle with a NinjaFlex “over-mould” the flexible cover makes the handle good to hold - feel warm and soft with a good grip.
I used the same model for both prints, but printed the NinjaFlex using a hollow print with 2 shells. Being the same size as the inner made it a good tight fit and it doesn’t slide around.
Both the handle and the grip were printed with the same orientation which also helps the grip stay put.
