Made an interior wall mounting bracket for some home automation.

Made an interior wall mounting bracket for some home automation. Turned out great! It needed some supports for the upper flanges, so I took some pictures post-processing. 10% infill. Turned out pretty rigid anyway!

Looks good. And That just made me realize I could easily print some drywall patches/mesh grids using my printer. So you get double credit!

@Kyle_Taylor woot! Loving extra credit!

De Nada. Post a picture of the finished installation. Also is that PETG? Nylon?

@Kyle_Taylor it’s straight PLA. I haven’t done any prints in PETG yet, but I’m looking forward to it.

What automation product does it hold?

@Scott_Sisk Raspberry Pi with a 7” touch screen.

Cool Daniel. A powerful product!

Another great print!

Very inventive!

@Daniel_Jackman great print do you have .stl file i have also orderd this screen.

@Benjamin_Lukman Unfortunately I’m not at liberty to share the STL. It’s a prototype product that I contracted to print for a company, so they own the intellectual property.

@Daniel_Jackman thanks for fast reply i understand.

@Benjamin_Lukman I DID find a similar design on Thingiverse at the following: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2749782

I just started to search it on thingiverse tnx so maybe some of others will print it :+1:
