Made this macro to align my axes when mounting my 4’th axis on my CNC.
In my case my both Z and Y must be aligned to A center. This can be painfully slow and error prone to do manually. So automating the process has really made my 4 axis setup so much easier.
This macro also set the ATC Tool offset so i can start multi tool jobs immediately. It uses my fixed zeroing plate for this.
Now i can easily setup for and cut 4 axes with multiple tools with optimum accuracy.
