Might as well start with an interesting one… My i3 was brought and built and after much fighting with the original Z-stop and manually leveled and then getting the servo + microswitch bed-leveling working. I finally got all the parts together to do the upgrade had planned from before I ordered the kit…
One of @Josef_Prusa 's lovely designed aluminium heat-bed(And printer:) and a Printrbot inspired probe and my problem of the bed flexing when the micro-switch presses down on it during the bed leveling and spoiling all the adjustments.
There’s a 2k-ish value and a 4.8v zenner to clamp the PNP probe’s voltage to what the micro’s pin can handle and connected it up to a handy 12v source.
I have basic Z-homing working. Now to calibrate positions and test!
