Looks sweet, I’ve got to reprint mine, we didn’t realise it wouldn’t fit my son’s head until we put the main sections together

Yep, it looks huge…but the botton is very narrow.
Mine doesn’t fit my head eather.

I’ve promised I’ll redo it in a nice red petg after Christmas for him. I’m hoping a 25% size increase will do it. :crossed_fingers:

Idk if they make a printer big enough for my big head. :frowning: Looks great though!

looks really good, do you plan to post process it?

Nice! When the wearing of the helmet in the movie is a CGI trick it makes it really hard to make it work in real life. But it can be done!

@Jeff_Parish well the cgi trick has an opening mechanism, which is never considered when designing this helmet. There is a cosplayer (at least I think he is) showing off the full armor with flaps and a bunch of bells and whistles, helmet mechanism half included. Anyway, great job! I would do the same for my son, but he is still too young for this stuff.

Here you go

@Daniel_Stauffer he’s never to young to be Ironman lol

Sorry didn’t mean to spam. @Andy_Shilling spot on that!

@Jordan_Bourns I don’t plan on it. This one is my first run and I like that the colors kinda match up to the final product. The next one I make will be just PLA white, and I’ll post process it. This one will just be a show piece.

I can’t tell if I like being able to see the facets or not. Are you going to smooth it out any?

@Matt_Harrington No I Don’t Plan On Any post processing

@John_Ecker_GeoDroidJ maybe all of those surfaces make it harder to detect on radar.

@Andre_Frazatto I have a video of how I magnetically attached it
