@Scott_Willson Thanks for the info.
I tried to pause the print, then move the head up 100mm but it wouldn’t move stating it was in the middle of a print. I can resume printing after I “stop” a print? Will give that a try when I get home.
Have you tried any other resins?
Have you changed any of the other settings in NanoDLP?
@Scott_Willson I don’t think the Z-Layer height is my problem. I tried numerous attempts last night and they all failed, I’m wondering is you are using the “fast cure” MakerJuice G+ resin.

So I tried another test and right after the print above, I cleaned the VAT and poured in some of the Team Owl resin and tried the print again. This print came out really good, so I think my Z-height is spot on.
