how do imploment multipoint bilinear bed leveling
the lines dont apear in my config file.

I’m not sure what you mean, can you tell us more ?

in the instructions it sais to set the pososions etc, but the only lines in my config file say three point …

e.g. on the instruction page

leveling-strategy.ZGrid-leveling.bed_x 200
leveling-strategy.ZGrid-leveling.bed_y 200

Also ensure that the max Z is defined and valid for the machine (Gamma end stop section)

gamma_max 200 #

The number of divisions for X and Y should be defined

leveling-strategy.ZGrid-leveling.rows 7 # X divisions (Default 5)
leveling-strategy.ZGrid-leveling.cols 9 # Y divisions (Default 5)’’

in my config file theres none of this?

do i comment out any three point levaling lines and insert those lines from the instruction page? i.e. howed i get the multi point to work? the lines for multi point are not there… the only lines in the config file clearly state ‘three point’ levaling.

Hi.

Please note, as explained in the zprobe documentation page, grid levelling is currently only working on morgan/scara machines, and is not fully tested/implemented on cartesian machines. So please consider this beta, and do not expect it to work perfectly.

About the configuration, you need to remove the three-point levelling options, and add the z-grid levelling options, as explained in http://smoothieware.org/zprobe#toc17
