My shapeoko 2 kit arrived :slight_smile: There are still a few parts missing but I hope to get them soon. Over the holidays I’m going to assemble it and will work on a CNC edition of gcodeprintr to control it with my 7" Tablet.

I like my shapeoko 2… I am looking to put a laser on it for engraving and cutting.

I have exactly the same kit running here for almost two years. I immediately recognized the Stickers. Is this the Powder coated plates?

@Werner_Drasch yes, the plates are powder coated.

@Mathias_Dietz i had bought the raw ones and just spray painted them. Worked out quite well too.
