My 3rd ESC header on my F3 board gave out on me for no apparent reason the other day and was wondering if anyone knows if I can just move the connector to another header and just reprogram it to fly like that?
Also this is my first post in this community. Hello!
Can you not solder a bit of wire on in place.
@Jonathon_Thrumble can you go into a little more detail? I can try jumping the signal or ground lead when I get home if that’s what you are saying
If the connector has snapped them you should be able to heat up the solder and remove the snubby bit thats left and replace it with a length of wire to connect to your esc lead.
If its pulled up the trace its nearly impossible.
I’ll see if I can do anything in about an hour and let you know if I fixed it or found anything new
First attempt, using a jumper, did not work. I’ll give it a go by soldering directly to the board
welp, no such luck as far as jumping goes. but i did however get things up and running in cleanflight with the mmix commands.
