My beauty has arrived : ) It’s a Flashforge (suppose to be similar to the Replicator). Anybody used this model before? Any suggestions?
Thanx!

Great printer. I have one of this too
I ordered and received mine last week, I will be posting about it soon. Very easy setup process so I am pleased so far.
Thanks Ty Kendall and David Gonzalez!
Does it come with Sailfish or do you have to flash it? I’ve had mine fit almost a year now. Solid printer
Hope its not similar to the replicator… I will give this it looks more like a HP Laserjet than any other 3D printer I’ve seen. I believe this is the one Dremel are buying and putting their sticker on.
Dremel is buying their printers to FF but the Dremel only have 1 extruder
I have the FF Dreamer, it is a nice 3D printer and works well. I added a glass bed from FF with a thermal silicone pad under it, added a printed spacer for the Z axis and use a glue stick on the glass. This setup works great, good adhesion and easy removal once the glass cools.
Yes, was just printing on one a few days ago. We took it completely apart and examined it. It prints well, but one thing we did (not for the faint at heart) was to hot glue all the plastic panels together at the seams. The printer is pretty loud and has a resonant plastic sound because of the construction. That helped, but not for everyone.
I don’t know if that one has rubber feet on it, but the one we have did not so I just designed one the other night and printed it in ninjaflex on the Dreamer (after modifying the extruder to be able to print ninjaflex).
Care to share the rubber feet stl file on thingiverse?
I started using the Dreamer in October 2014. I have been running it everyday since. It has produced some very nice work. It has a sturdy print bed on a steel frame. I leveled the bed once and I have not had to touch it since.
The larger filament spools do not fit inside of the print chamber. I use the larger spools on the outside and run the filament through the side vent.
I have been printing with PLA and water soluble filament for supports.
I print the PLA at 205C with bed at 60C.
I have had great results with the water soluble supports.
I have been using the FlashPrint software which is simple and basic but so far, has worked great. Make sure you have the latest version.
And Simplify3D supports it for slicing (paid slicer)
Sweet Printer, works great, I have one. Tip: Make sure you have the newest model of the gantry tray for the printer head to sit on. The old model overheats and melts 8D
