My best quality 3D print yet :slight_smile:

0.3 mm layer height, Ultimachine orange ABS @ 230 deg-C, 110 deg-C heatbed temp with ABS juice, 40% infill.

Couple improvements since the original print with PLA (other than the material change):

  1. I put Blue Loctite on all four corners, getting rid of the bed wobble. Note: I also put Loctite on the y-belt holder screws, which was a big no-no (holder plastic brittled and cracked), but I was able to salvage it with zipties.

  2. I didn’t mess with the default feed-rate during the print (on the original, I used the G3D LCD trimpot to speed up the feedrate to 150%, which, combined with the loose heatbed, caused a lot of wobble in the higher layers).
