my daily"ware" sonocybernetic system is almost ready…
i went out wearing them around detroit yesterday. but was frustrated by the fact that i havent rebuilt the synthesis system yet, so iwasnt able to play anything. gonna sort that out today. hid all the wiring and got the fm transmitter installed and gave it a big button to turn it on (right now my chosen channel is 88.3, fyi)
2 raspberry pi 3’s running pd-extended 
(im old school), networked together to share the load of the dsp. currently 15ms latency (until i set up all the nogui scripts, then will take it back down to 8ms, which seems to be the lower limit of the iqaudio pidac+…will be looking for another audio solution later) and a adafruit Si4713 fm transmitter.
already calibrated the sensors for typing (chording), which will make playing them for music sake, more enjoyable. then i plan to write that crazy blogpost/essay using it instead of the keyboard. the rest of the lights will get installed this week as well as boot scripts so it will just turn on, ready-to-go, but for now i just want it to work so i can go out and play.
this is just a proof of life…will post more later when it works fully again (nothing too bad…i just ripped out alot of old code to replace with cleaner code that will be less confusing when i upload the project.)
