I plan it something like this. Using 20x150mm plates and the same Bosh Rexroth 25mm rails as on the rest.
Next I have to make the rest of the screw holes… and the ballscrews - not long before the CNC hardware design is ready.

I like your design. Looks solid. Have seen nothing of your leadscrews yet. Seems little room for that to me. Any thoughts on that yet?
Screws next
I have planned where to install the Z and X screws, but have not decided if I should install the y-screws on the top or on the sides of the 90x90mm profiles.
I do not think space is a problem.
