Which hot-end are you using?? With an it3 with E3D the fila-flex is not “strong” enough to go straight through the nozzle.
Looks like Printrbot’s Ubis hotend.

I use as Speed 40mm/s, Extruder-Temp 235°C, Bed-Temp Off, 2mm Retract
Oh, and I drilled the PEEK-Isolation up to 3.2mm
